Academy students enjoying a Japanese tea ceremony demonstration at Chozen-ji, a Zen temple in Kalihi Valley. The experience was part of Spring Activity Day that faculty created for the Academy, rolled out the Friday before spring break in March. There were more than 65 unique learning opportunities, including rock climbing, printmaking, birdwatching and extreme mini golf, both on and off campus for students to enjoy.
