The community was in full buff ’n blue mode at the “Explore the Shore ’24” Carnival – having fun while also supporting Punahou’s financial aid program which benefits nearly 900 students. We tallied this year’s numbers and the results were quite impressive: we sold more than 100,000 malasadas, 2,480 gallons of Portuguese bean soup and broke records for several dishes, including corn on the cob (13,680), gyros (13,310) and Hawaiian plate (5,500).
