Nov. 5, 2021 – With Thanksgiving just around the corner, many of us are thinking about things that we are thankful for and ways to express our appreciation. November is National Gratitude Month – giving each of us the opportunity to experience moments of gratitude and foster connections with self-awareness and social-awareness. Nurture an attitude of gratitude by going on a Gratitude Scavenger Hunt, creating a Gratitude Jar together, starting your day off with a Mindful Moment Activity, or practicing a Gratitude Guided Meditation.
This week’s tip comes from Punahou’s K – 2 Counselor Lauli‘a Ah Wong and K – 8 Social Emotional and Ethical Learning Coordinator Molly Takagi.
