Henry Kapono ’67 will help ease the Punahou ‘ohana into the weekend with a series of live Friday concerts streamed from his backyard. The #PunsUnited concert series will be held April 17, 24 and May 1 at 5 p.m. HST on the Punahou Alumni Facebook page.
Kapono will take requests during the hour-long concerts, and will feature classic favorites and newer tunes, too. He may also be joined by fellow musicians.
Kapono has performed at recent Punahou Alumni Lū’au and brought the crowd to their feet. He also recorded a Punahou Sessions in 2018 featuring his senior Class song, “Days of Our Youth.”
