Sep 7, 2022 – Over the summer, many of us tend to relax our rules around kids and screens. The back-to-school season can be a good time for parents and caregivers to reset rules for media and tech use. Get together as a family, using a family screen-time plan as a guide (we have printable plans for Grades 3-5 and Grades 6-12), and clarify rules and expectations. These agreements can be revised at any time, depending on what works and what doesn’t.
