Ellie Ochiai ’22 dazzled the audience with a masterful performance of “Symphonie Espagnole in D minor, Op. 21,” composed by Édouard Lalo, at the Punahou Concerto Showcase 2022. The event welcomed a live audience and was also streamed live. “The Concerto Showcase in both 2021 and 2022 demonstrated the amazing pivots Music at Punahou had to make in creatively addressing student opportunity, tradition and pandemic conditions,” said Music School Director Helen Chao-Casano.
