Chris Paige ’21 Speaks to BSU

Chris Paige ’21, a founding member of the Black Student Union (BSU), returned to Punahou on Thursday to speak with current students.

He discussed his experience as an African-American student in Hawai‘i and at Punahou, as well as his current role as a Princeton student athlete. Previously involved in both football and track, Chris is now concentrating solely on track. The students had the opportunity to ask Chris about his major in political science and its influence on his life.

The event was well-attended, informative and engaging. “We look forward to more ways to reach out to our community and share positive messages and examples of belonging,” said Chaplain George Scott, a faculty advisor for BSU.
