Student leaders from the Class of 2023 kicked off this year’s ’90s-themed Carnival with a celebratory gathering in front of the Sullivan Administration Building before the Feb. 4 event.
Carnival-goers enjoyed balmy weather throughout the day, along with many of the beloved traditions.
