Second graders brought famous historical and contemporary figures to life during the annual Living Museum exhibition, organized by teacher Ali Grasse. From home, students got into character, even donning costumes to portray Leonardo da Vinci, Rosa Parks, Bethany Hamilton, Kobe Bryant and more.
The Living Museum exhibit is a way for students to learn about biographies. Grasse says students choose a famous person who has made a positive impact in our world, researched that person, created a biographical speech about that person, then recorded a video of the speech.
