It’s the end of the world and hordes of deadly zombies are around every turn. What do you do? Fight them, try to reason with them, run away?
In the summer “Page to Stage” theatre experience, seventh and eighth graders answered just that in the comedic production of “10 Ways to Survive the Zombie Apocalypse.”
Students spent five weeks developing characters, constructing the set and creating their own costume pieces for the one-act play, all led by Punahou Theatre Department faculty and Academy teaching assistants.
“The theatre experience students were hard at work this summer creating a really fun mainstage one-act, and we loved sharing it with the Punahou community,” said Director Melinda Moore.
