Punahou’s K – 5 students delighted families with vibrant performances during the annual May Day celebration on Friday, April 24. Presented in three programs throughout the day, students in kindergarten through fifth grade shared music, chant and hula that reflected the traditions and spirit of May Day.
This year’s program, Kuʻu Kulāiwi Aloha, celebrated a deep connection to place and culture, expressed through joyful movement, colorful attire and heartfelt performances. Mahalo to the faculty, staff and volunteers whose dedication made this special day possible.
