Punahou students, families, employees and alumni gathered on Rice Field Friday, Oct. 2, for Flaming “P,” a beloved tradition celebrating school spirit and community.

The evening featured keiki activities and games, food, live entertainment, student entrepreneur booths and performances by the Punahou Marching Band, Dance Teams and Street Crew. Cheerleaders led the crowd in a spirited pep rally as members of the Punahou community came together for an evening of Buff ’n Blue pride.

The celebration culminated with the lighting of the iconic 20-foot “P,” illuminating Rice Field and continuing a longstanding Punahou tradition shared across generations.
