Emily Hodges ’04 is a dancer and certified pilates instructor as well as the owner of Infinity Movement Studio, a dance, yoga and pilates studio at SALT Kaka‘ako. Infinity Movement Studio aims to bring people together through wellness and fitness, creating a strong and supportive community where everyone is welcome.

LaBlast Dance Fitness is a fun, whole-body workout created by Emmy-nominated choreographer Louis Van Amstel from Dancing with the Stars. LaBlast is partner-free, but is based on the patterns and techniques used in dances from disco to lindy hop, salsa, cha-cha, jive, waltz and more. Sherry Artzt ’80 Haber has been teaching LaBlast for the last five years. After years of taking Jazzercize and Zumba, Sherry earned her certification in LaBlast.
Dane Okamura ’08 was a multi-sport athlete at Punahou who played football and basketball. He graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Human Physiology and started his personal training career in Oregon five years ago. He is currently an instructor at KOMO Studio and Body Balance Honolulu. This bodyweight routine is a perfect at-home workout because it requires no special equipment.
