Nearly 150 alumni from the Classes of 1946, 1951, 1956 and 1961 gathered at Punahou’s annual Kūpuna Lū‘au during Alumni Week, enjoying an afternoon of fellowship, memories and connection with the School they have called home for decades.
Guests heard from Punahou President Dr. Mike Latham ’86, who welcomed our cherished kūpuna back to campus. He shared news about the School’s newest initiatives, including the Mary Kawena Pukui Learning Commons and other efforts that are improving the lives of Punahou students.
Attendees enjoyed a delicious lunch and spent time exploring photographs, yearbooks and memorabilia from the Punahou Archives, sparking conversations and memories of the good ‘ole days.
