Basalt Waikiki is located at Duke’s Lane, 2255 Kuhio Ave., in the heart of Waikiki. Executive Chef Keith Kong ’84 blends international flavors with unusual ingredients. Basalt’s dining experience speaks to a refined palate, but also offers delicious comfort foods in a unique dining environment. Basalt opened for dine-in with limited seating on June 5. Reservations are recommended. Complimentary validated parking is available at the Hyatt Centric Waikiki Hotel. Online ordering and easy curbside pickup are also available.
