On April 16, Punahou School had planned to open the doors of Dillingham Hall for the opening night of Punahou’s Academy musical theatre production, “Singin’ in the Rain.” Although students were ready for the premiere, the COVID-19 crisis had made a live performance impossible.
So faculty and students quickly shifted course to present a special, behind-the-scenes look at the making of “Singin’ in the Rain,” with footage and photos taken from rehearsals before Spring Break. It showcases our school’s amazing talent, spirit and resilience.
