Fourteen top-notch alumni athletes were met with a roar of applause as Punahou inducted them into the Athletic Hall of Fame in front of hundreds on Rice Field on Wednesday, June 7 during Alumni Week.
Videos profiling each of the athlete’s remarkable accomplishments were the highlight of the evening as attendees enjoyed food and drinks from alumni chefs and brewmasters. The athletes were also given a chance to give remarks of gratitude at a smaller, more intimate ceremony with immediate family and close friends in the Asa Thurston Physical Education Center. These 14 new members join the 127 alumni athletes previously honored and further celebrate the decorated sports history of Punahou School athletics.
