Punahou School’s annual Flaming “P” celebration drew students, families, faculty and alumni to Rice Field on Friday for an evening of school pride.
The event featured live music, food booths, games and activities, with performances by the Oahu College Band, Punahou Marching Band, Dance Teams and cheerleaders. President Dr. Michael Latham and Boy Eldredge welcomed attendees before the night’s highlight – the lighting of the 20-foot wooden “P”.
As it illuminated the field, cheers erupted, marking the symbolic centerpiece of the School’s fall spirit season and reaffirming a beloved Punahou tradition that continues to unite generations.
