Track and field: The girls team won the state championship and the boys team earned state runner-up at at the on 5/5 and 5/6 at War Memorial Stadium, Maui.

Tennis: Boys and girls won team titles at Central Oahu Regional Park on 5/4 – 5/6. Peyton Jim On ’24 won boys singles title. Elyse Wong ’24 won girls singles title. Tsubasa Okada ’23 and Tanner Age ’25 won boys doubles. Harley Wolters ’23 and Sophia Woofer ’23 finished second in girls singles. Girls Golf: The girls golf team won State co-runner up, tying with Mililani for runner-up, at the Wailua Golf Course on Kauai on 5/9 and 5/10. Raya Nakao ’23 won the girls individual state championship.

Boys Golf: The team earned fourth place in States on 5/11 and 5/12 at Wailua Golf Course on Kauai.

Boys Volleyball: Punahou claimed the 2023 Boy’s Volleyball State Championship title for the 10th year in a row on 5/13.

Girls Water Polo: The team earned a runner-up finish on 5/15.
