Academy marine biology students shared their TED Talks-style presentations on the “Impacts of Humans on the Ocean” at their virtual symposium called Topical Issues in Marine biology (TIMb), coordinated by Academy science faculty member Dave Strang.
The students’ video presentations are accessible on the Cooke Learning Commons website, and topics include the impact of overfishing, coral bleaching, sea ice loss, oil spills and invasive species.
