Kirsch Gallery presented a solo exhibition by local artist Kamran Samimi. The October exhibition, called Origins, featured the artist’s new sculptures, some of which were created in collaboration with Punahou School’s fabrication lab – the D. Kenneth Richardson ’48 Learning Lab in Mamiya Science Center. Samimi’s work investigates the relationship between identity and environment. Many students were inspired by his work, including kindergartners, who had the opportunity to meet the artist.
